Refractory
Coating
Refractory Coating has four main formats:
- RSJ
100: It is a Zircon Solvent base inflammable Mould/Core Coating used
for WCB casting. Used for smooth casting finish free from burnon,
metal mould reaction and metal penetration defects
- RSJ
200 IP: It is a creamy paste Solvent base Zircon coating which has
good quality thixotropic qualities thereby good applicability by
brush or swab. It gives a good finish to stainless steel, Alloy
steel, WCB, Cast Iron, S.G Iron etc.
- RSJ
300: This is graphite solvent base coating which ensures a good and
smooth coating finish which is free from any kind of defects
- RSJ-1419-W:
This is a water base zircon coating ready to use. It is used on all
sand blinder except sodium silicate blinder. Also applied for alloys
steel coating / cast iron and die coat
